William H. Pandos is an Associate of the firm who concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury, business disputes, real property disputes, civil rights actions, political litigation, and appellate practice. He also has extensive experience defending public entities against a multitude of claims, including OPRA litigation, employment discrimination, whistleblower actions, as well as many more unique causes of action. Mr. Pandos has experience representing clients in many different venues, including the Superior Court of New Jersey, the New Jersey Superior Court: Appellate Division, the Tax Court of New Jersey, the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Pandos is highly sensitive to the needs of his clients. He will work closely with each of his clients to fully investigate their claims and explore every possible defense. Together, he and his clients will develop a tailored litigation strategy that will bring them the greatest opportunity for success. Although the focus of every lawsuit is typically centered on preparing for an eventual trial, most lawsuits are actually settled or otherwise resolved before trial. In that regard, Mr. Pandos is an experienced negotiator, who is adept at providing his clients with an unbiased assessment of risks and rewards in high stakes situations, as well as at fighting for the most advantageous settlement possible.
When not practicing law, Mr. Pandos dedicates a substantial amount of time to teaching, as well as to volunteering in his local community. Mr. Pandos is a Senior Adjunct Professor at Warren County Community College where he teaches courses in legal studies. Since 2006, he has volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician with the Flemington-Raritan First Aid & Rescue Squad, and he still finds the time to help when he can. He is also a Past President of the Warren County Bar Association and holds a position on its Board of Trustees.
