Christina N. Benito is an associate at the firm with a multi-faceted scope of practice, including municipal defense, personal injury litigation, business litigation, estate administration and litigation, and land use. Known for her detail-oriented and empathetic nature, Ms. Benito prides herself on her individualized dedication to the unique needs of each of her clients. As a first-generation attorney, Ms. Benito takes seriously her duty to educate her clients and guide them through New Jersey's complex legal landscape.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Benito clerked for the Honorable William G. Mennen, J.S.C., in the Hunterdon County Superior Court. Ms. Benito had the opportunity to spend two clerkship terms with Judge Mennen, handling a wide swath of matters, including complex business litigation, prerogative writs, matrimonial and family proceedings, landlord tenant motions, and other civil litigation. Prior to clerking, Ms. Benito earned her Juris Doctor at Seton Hall School of Law. During law school, Ms. Benito worked for multiple law firms, served as a student attorney with the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice, and participated in the Seton Hall Law Leadership Fellows Program. These experiences provided her with critical experience in the fields of estate planning, estate administration, matrimonial, landlord-tenant, and health law. Before law school, Ms. Benito earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Delaware.
Outside of her legal career, Ms. Benito enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
