Wade Baldwin is an associate in the firm's Municipal Government and Land Use and Zoning Practices.
Mr. Baldwin obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Bucknell University and then obtained his juris doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law. At Syracuse University, Wade spent two years participating in the Community Development Law Clinic providing legal advice to small businesses and non-profits in the greater Syracuse area.
Upon graduating law school, Mr. Baldwin clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Brenner, J.S.C. in Ocean County Superior Court in both the Family and Civil Division. During his clerkship, Mr. Baldwin was an AOC certified mediator offering his expertise while mediating small claim, special civil part, and landlord tenant matters.
After his clerkship concluded, Mr. Baldwin worked for a small firm where he acquired extensive experience representing injured parties in personal injury and medical malpractice cases as well as employment discrimination matters. He will continue to practice in those areas at Lavery Selvaggi and will also work in its Municipal Government and Land Use and Zoning Practice Groups. Mr. Baldwin zealously advocates on behalf of his clients to obtain the best results possible as well as utilizing his mediation experience to obtain the best results outside of the courtroom.
When he is not working, Mr. Baldwin enjoys golf, cycling, and mountain biking.
