A Superior Court Judge recently approved a settlement in a wrongful death action in the amount of $1,725,000.   The attorneys of Lavery, Selvaggi & Cohen, led by Lawrence P. Cohen,  filed a lawsuit on behalf of a family who lost their husband and father in a motor vehicle accident in June 2019 in Warren County, New Jersey.    Mr. Cohen, who is a Certified Civil Trial attorney, said the case did present some difficult issues and that was satisfied with settlement the court approved.   In his words, “we are pleased to have reached this successful result although no amount of money will ever replace the loss of a beloved husband and father.”
