Nicholas DeFuria joins Lavery Selvaggi following his clerkship with the Honorable Mary K. Costello, P.J.Ch. in Hudson County Superior Court in Chancery Division.  Nicholas attended Drew University where he obtained a bachelor's degree in political science.  After graduating from Drew University, he attended Pace University Elizabeth Haub School of Law. While at law school, Mr. DeFuria worked at the Morris County Surrogate Court and served in the Equal Justice America Disability Rights Clinic.  Nicholas will work in the firm's Municipal Government and Estate Planning and Administration Departments.  When not practicing law, Nicholas can be heard performing in his Hackettstown-based rock band.
