Paul D. Mitchell joins Lavery Selvaggi from a general practice firm in Basking Ridge. He also previously maintained a private solo practice. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Mitchell has extensive experience counseling clients in real estate, estate planning, and small business matters. Whether helping first-time homebuyers purchase their first home or guiding estate executors and administrators through the probate process, Mitchell approaches every matter with the personalized attention and passion it deserves. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mitchell was an information technology manager in the pharmaceutical sector. When not practicing law, Mitchell volunteers in his local community, coaching youth sports, organizing charitable events, and teaching religious education at his church, St. Mark the Evangelist.
Wade T. Baldwin joins the firm's civil litigation and municipal law practice groups. He has extensive experience representing injured parties in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, as well as employment discrimination matters. Baldwin clerked for the Hon. Robert E. Brenner, J.S.C., in Ocean County Superior Court, Family and Civil Divisions. During his clerkship, Baldwin became a certified mediator and used his expertise to mediate Small Claims, Special Civil Part, and Landlord-Tenant matters. A graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, Baldwin spent two years with the school's Community Development Law Clinic providing local small businesses and nonprofits with legal advice. In his spare time, Baldwin enjoys golfing and cycling.
Kyle S. Clauss clerked for the Hon. Michael F. O'Neill, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Vicinage 13, Civil Division, as well as the Hon. William G. Young in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. A graduate of Vermont Law School, Clauss was an investigative journalist for The Lowell Sun and Boston magazine before pursuing a legal career. At LSAC, Clauss specializes in land use law, municipal law, labor and employment law, and civil litigation. Clauss serves on the Easton Redevelopment Authority, the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, and the New Jersey Law Journal's Young Lawyers Advisory Board.
