Phillipsburg Redevelopment Site

Posted by Lawrence P. Cohen | Apr 18, 2019 | 0 Comments

The former Ingersoll-Rand site in Phillipsburg, New Jersey has been designated by the Town as an area in need of redevelopment.  The site was purchased by a developer and is now being redeveloped.  Recently, the project was designated as the largest industrial project site in the United States.  When it is complete, the site will contain approximately four million square feet of warehouse space and will produce significant tax revenues and jobs for the Town.

Richard Wenner, a partner of the firm, has represented the Town of Phillipsburg throughout the redevelopment process, and the sale of the property to a Chicago-based developer.  This project is one of many redevelopment projects involving lawyers from our Firm.  Lavery, Selvaggi, Abromitis & Cohen, P.C. has successfully represented municipalities and developers in redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey.
